100 g peas
50 g spinach
2 cloves of garlic
15 ml lemon juice
45 g crème fraiche
1 pinch salt
350 g rigatoni
1 bunch sprig of parsley
50 g croutons
50 g parmesan

RECIPE STEPS
1Blanche the kale and peas in salty boiling water for 2 mins.
- 50 g kale
- 100 g peas
2Add the blanched greens to the blender cup along with the spinach, garlic, lemon juice, crème fraiche and salt.
- 50 g spinach
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 45 g crème fraiche
- 1 pinch salt
3Run the SOUP function on the blender.
4Boil your rigatoni.
- 350 g rigatoni
5Add the pasta sauce to a pan and throw in your cooked pasta.
6Cook for a further 2 mins.
7Plate up and top with the Parmesan, parsley and croutons.
