RECIPE STEPS
1Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature.
Fit the food processing bowl.
2Put the egg, the lemon juice and one spoonful of olive oil in the mini bowl.
Salt and pepper and run the program for about 20 seconds. With the machine running, add the oil slowly through the feed tube and add the mixture thickens, add in a more steady stream.
