1 bowl
2 ripe avocados
30 ml of crème fraîche
1 onion
1 lemon juice
8 drops tabasco

You can garnish the guacamole with a little diced tomato.
RECIPE STEPS
1Quarter the onion and place into the mini bowl.
Pulse 3 times.
2Run the machine.
Peel and roughly chop the avocados. Add the avocado through the opening, along with the lemon juice, crème fraîche, a few drops of Tabasco® and a drizzle of olive oil.
- 2 ripe avocados
- 30 ml of crème fraîche
3Mix for about 1 minute until the mixture is smooth.
Season to taste.
