
Fruit minced pie Ice cream




6 people
100 g of fruit mince
500 g of cream
250 g of milk
85 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
6 egg yolks
2 tsp of vanilla extract

RECIPE STEPS
1Place cream & milk in a saucepan and gently heat until hot, but not boiling.
2In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, egg yolks, salt & vanilla
3Add hot milk mixture to egg mixture, whisking as you go.
4Cool in fridge until completely chilled.
5Pour the mixture into the Gelato Expert and run the ICE CREAM function
6Approximately 40min into cycle, add the fruit mince.
7Serve with crushed shortbread biscuit or in waffle cones (optinal).
8Can be placed in freezer for a firmer consistency.
