RECIPE STEPS
1Wash and peel the cucumbers.
Cut the cucumbers into pieces and process using the Extra Press to make a smooth, velvety mixture (or the Juice Filter for a thinner mixture).

2Use a whisk to mix the cucumber juice with the yogurt.
Add, according to your taste, the mint, chopped chives, salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
