
Crunchy mimosa eggs




3 people
6 boiled eggs
100 g of drained tuna canned
1 shallot
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp of mayonnaise
1 tbsp of seasame seeds
1 tsp of curry powder
40 g parsley
0.5 tsp of salt
0.5 tsp of pepper

RECIPE STEPS
1Cut the eggs in half.
Separate the whites from the yolks and place to one side.
- 6 boiled eggs
2Place the egg yolks and all the ingredients in the glass jug (except for the egg whites and mayonnaise) then launch the programme.
Scrape down the sides with a spatula if needed.
- 100 g of drained tuna canned
- 1 tbsp of seasame seeds
- 1 tsp of curry powder
- 0.5 tsp of salt
- 0.5 tsp of pepper
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 40 g parsley
3Add the mayonnaise through the measuring cap and launch again the programme.
- 1 tbsp of mayonnaise
4Use a spoon to garnish the egg whites with your mixture.
Serve chilled.
