200 ml water
75 g butter
1 tbsp sugar
4 eggs
150 g plain flour
1 egg yolk
1 vanilla pod
300 ml cold single cream
50 g icing sugar

RECIPE STEPS
1Prepare the choux pastry (find the recipe on the application).
- 200 ml water
- 75 g butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g plain flour
- 1 egg yolk
2Prepare the whipped cream (or Chantilly cream, find the recipe on the application).
- 1 vanilla pod
- 300 ml cold single cream
- 50 g icing sugar
3Allow the choux pastry to cool on a wire rack.
Cut them in half and then put a small amount of whipped (or Chantilly) cream in each.
4Serve immediately.
