If you are pressed for time, you can also put the chocolate and water into a bowl and microwave it for 1 minute 30 minutes. For additional flavour, you can add a grated tonka bean to the chocolate.
RECIPE STEPS
1Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, stirring occasionally.
Leave it to cool and then add hot water. Whisk until you get a smooth mixture.
- 440 ml hot water
- 500 g milk chocolate
2Place the mixture into the fridge until it is cold.
3Press the Artisanal ice cream mode.
Pour the mixture into the Gelato Expert.
4When the light flashes, your sorbet is ready.
Serve your sorbet immediately or store it in the freezer.
