120 g of plain flour

0.5 sachet of dried yeast (3 g)

100 g of grated parmesan

30 g of cold butter

2 tbsp of water

20 g of pumpkin seeds

1 tsp of seasame seeds

RECIPE STEPS
1Add the flour, baking powder, parmesan, butter (cut into pieces) and water into the bowl fitted with the dough hook. Turn the food processor on and run for about 30 seconds.
  • 120 g of plain flour
  • 0.5 sachet of dried yeast (3 g)
  • 100 g of grated parmesan
  • 30 g of cold butter
  • 2 tbsp of water
2Add the pumpkin and sesame seeds into the bowl and press Pulse twice, until the dough forms a ball.
  • 20 g of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp of seasame seeds
3Wrap the dough ball in clingfilm and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour 30 minutes.
4Preheat your oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into squares. Transfer the squares onto a baking tray that has been oiled or lined with baking parchment.
5Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

in step 1 it says baking powder. but there is no baking powder in the ingredients.
