1 medium cauliflower

400 ml of light liquid cream

1 tsp of grated nutmeg

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

RECIPE STEPS
1Wash the cauliflower, separate it into florets. Pour 1 L of water into the reservoir of the Steam Cooker. Place the florets in a steam basket, put the lid on, cook for between 30 and 35 minutes at 100 °C. Let it drain.
  • 1 medium cauliflower
2Blend the cooked cauliflower with the cream and nutmeg, season with salt and pepper. Heat for 5 minutes over low heat.
  • 400 ml of light liquid cream
  • 1 tsp of grated nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
3Adjust the seasoning, serve hot.
