
Blueberry sorbet with hazelnuts

200 ml cane sugar (or maple) syrup
0.5 lemon
500 g blueberries
1 handful crushed hazelnuts

RECIPE STEPS
1Wash the blueberries and pass them through the Extra Press, along with the peeled lemon half to create a coulis.

2Mix the coulis with the sugar syrup and pour the mixture into ice cube trays.
Place them in the freezer for 3 to 6 hours.
- 200 ml cane sugar (or maple) syrup
3When the ice cubes are ready, process them using the Juice filter and collect your sorbet in the bowl.
Serve immediately in ramekins, garnish with crushed hazelnuts and enjoy!
