Black Chicken Ginseng soup

800 g black chicken
15 g ginseng
2 pieces of tangerine peel
2 longan (around 50g)
1 g goji berries (around 1/3 teaspoon)
5 g ginger
9 dried dates
6 g salt
800 g water

RECIPE STEPS
1Add water, ginger, black chicken meat into the stainless-steel mixing bowl. Set the EXPERT programme to 10 minutes / Speed 0 / 120°C. Remove foam from surface.
NOTE: Black chicken needs to be placed in cold water from the get-go. Using hot water will cause blood to readily gain heat, accumulating within the chicken. Only add water once at the start, do not add additional water during cooking process. If needed, add boiling water instead.
2Add in ginseng, tangerine peels, logans, goji berries, dried dates, and salt.
3Set to EXPERT programme: 70 minutes / Speed 0 / 100°C.
4Can be consumed immediately.
