1 peeled & halved onion

30 g butter

800 g rump or tenderloin fillet, cut into 2.5cm strips

150 g button mushrooms, halved

2 tbsp tomato paste

100 g white wine

100 g water

1 concentrated veggie stock

1 tbsp cornflour

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

120 g sour cream

1 tbsp paprika

0.25 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp salt

RECIPE STEPS
1Place quartered onions into metal bowl. Select EXPERT function, 20secs on speed 13.

2When finished, add in butter. Remove top cap. On EXPERT, set to 2 min on speed 3 at 100C.

3After 2 mins, add beef, mushrooms, wine, water, stock, tomato paste, sour cream, Dijon mustard, corn flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Set on EXPERT for 20mins, speed 1A at 100C.

4Serve on rice, pasta or mashed potato with steamed vegetables. Can also be used to make pies.
