
Asparagus Soup

2 garlic cloves
1 shallot
1 leek
25 ml olive oil
300 g asparagus
750 ml chicken or vegetable stock
0.5 lemon juice
2 tbsp of crème fraîche
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

RECIPE STEPS
1 Start by adding the garlic, shallot and leek to the metal bowl. Run EXPERT 00:15/speed 13/0°C.

3 Now add the raw asparagus, stock and lemon juice to the metal bowl. Run CREAMED SOUP.
- 300 g asparagus

4 Now add the crème fraiche and season to taste. Run CREAMED SOUP 01:30/AUTO/110°C.

- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
