
Soya Milk Ice Cream

500 ml soy milk
25 ml soy cream
65 g agave syrup
1 vanilla

For a chocolate & rosemary soy milk ice cream: use chocolate flavoured soy milk and replace the vanilla pod with 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary.
RECIPE STEPS
1Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape the seeds out with the tip of a knife. Add the milk, cream, vanilla seeds and the pod into the saucepan over a low heat.
Leave to cool.
- 500 ml soy milk
- 25 ml soy cream
- 65 g agave syrup
- 1 vanilla
2Remove the vanilla pod and place the mixture in the fridge until it is cold.
3Press the Artisanal ice cream or Italian ice cream mode.
Pour the mixture into the Gelato Expert.
4When the light flashes, your ice cream is ready.
Serve your ice cream immediately or store it in the freezer.
