
Curly, roasted sweet potato fries

2 sweet potatoes, peeled
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of chopped rosemary
1 of cayenne pepper
1 pinch of sea salt
1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper

RECIPE STEPS
1Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Spiralize the sweet potatoes using the TAGLIATELLE cone. Cut into shorter lengths.
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled
2Transfer to a large baking tray and toss with the olive oil, rosemary, cayenne, salt and pepper.
- 2 tbsp of olive oil

- 1 of cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
3Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
