70 g parmesan

15 g pine nuts

100 ml extra virgin olive oil

30 g grated pecorino

RECIPE STEPS
1Fit the food processing bowl.
2Wash the basil, strip the leaves off the stems and dry carefully.
  • 1 bunch basil
3Put all the ingredients (except the oil) in the mini bowl and finely chop for approx. 1 minute by running the program. While the processor is still running, trickle the olive oil in via the feed tube.

  • 15 g pine nuts
  • 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 g grated pecorino
  • 1 bunch basil
