1 clove of garlic (optional)
1 bunch basil
70 g parmesan
15 g pine nuts
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
30 g grated pecorino

RECIPE STEPS
1Fit the food processing bowl.
2Wash the basil, strip the leaves off the stems and dry carefully.
- 1 bunch basil
3Put all the ingredients (except the oil) in the mini bowl and finely chop for approx. 1 minute by running the program.
While the processor is still running, trickle the olive oil in via the feed tube.

- 15 g pine nuts
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 30 g grated pecorino
- 1 bunch basil
