Step by step recipe below…
Ingredients:
30ml water
5ml almond extract
250g icing sugar
250g ground almonds
Flavouring:
Orange zest
To decorate:
Candied orange peel
Method:
1. Put all the ingredients into the metal bowl, including any flavourings or colourings and run EXPERT 5 minutes/speed 3/75°C.
2. Once the dough is done, leave to cool for 10 minutes. Roll the marzipan in to balls and add a piece of almond/orange peel on top for decoration.
