Serves 1 :
1 bowl mayonnaise
1 spring onion
fresh parsley, chives and chervil
4 gherkins
2 tbsp capers
salt, pepper
1Chop the gherkins, capers, onion and herbs in the mini bowl. Set aside.
2Make the mayonnaise according to the recipe.
3Add the chopped ingredients and pulse 2-3 times to incorporate them. Season to taste.
