Serves 2 :
1 smooth yogurt
3/4 tsp honey
3/4 cup water
1 mango
1 tbsp lemon juice
1Peel the mango.
2Put it in the bowl with the yogurt, honey and lemon juice.
3Blend for 30 seconds, gradually adding the water via the feed tube.
Chef’s tip

For extra zing, try chopping a few mint leaves in the Mini Bowl and adding them to your cocktail.
