Apple and raspberry crumble

Serves 6 :
½ lb raspberries
3/4 cup unsalted butter
9 tbsp granulated sugar
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup all-purpose flour
6 apples
2 vanilla flavored sugar
1 Preheat the oven to 355°F (gas mark 4).
2Wash, peel and core the apples. Slice them with the 2-mm slicing disc, then arrange them in a buttered dish.
3Chop half the raspberries in the Mini Bowl.
4Arrange the rest of the raspberries in the dish with the sliced apples and top with the raspberry coulis.
5Put the unsalted butter, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and flour in the bowl with the metal blade and pulse 3-4 times.
6Spread the resulting crumb mixture over the fruit.
7Bake for the time shown above.
8Serve hot.

Delicious with single cream or vanilla ice cream.
