1 | Cut the melon into quarters and remove the skin and seeds. Gently wash the red fruit and hull the strawberries. |
2 | Process all the fruit in the Smoothiemix and add a little cane syrup if the mixture is not sweet enough for your liking. Pour this fruit mixture into lollipop moulds and freeze for 24 hours. You can add small pieces of fruit to the coulis. |
