Serves 12 pancakes :
250 g plain flour
2 tbsp oil  
1 pinch salt 
3 eggs 
500 ml milk
1Put the flour, eggs, oil and salt in the main bowl with the metal blade and the Blendermix.
2Blend for 20 seconds, then gradually add the milk via the opening. Blend for about 2minutes.
3Allow the batter to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
4Preheat your pancake maker. Ladle a small amount of batter onto it and spread it thinly. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
