1 | cm piece of fresh root ginger, coarsely chopped |
1 | small onion, coarsely chopped |
4 | tablespoons lime juice |

1 | Put mint, ginger, onion and lime juice in the food processor. Mix to a paste. Season with salt to taste. |
2 | Transfer samball to a small serving bowl. Serve sambal with curries of Curry Puffs. |
