100 g chocolate chips
4 pear halves in syrup
3 eggs
1 sachet baking powder
100 g yoghurt
125 ml oil
85 g of flour
175 g of sugar

RECIPE STEPS
1Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 4).
2Fit the food processing bowl with the metal blade. Add the eggs, yoghurt, oil and sugar.
Run the programme:
speed 2/20 seconds.

- 125 ml oil
- 175 g of sugar
- 100 g yoghurt
3Add the flour and baking powder.
Run the programme:
speed 2/20 seconds.
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 85 g of flour
4If necessary, scrape down the wall of the bowl with a spatula.
Add the pear halves, cut into large pieces, and the chocolate chips.
Pulse twice.
- 100 g chocolate chips
- 4 pear halves in syrup
5Butter the muffin tin and lightly dust it with flour.
Divide the mixture into the muffin tin, filling about ¾ of the way.
6Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
