Serves 2 :
400 g mango pulp
juice of 1 lime
10 ice cubes
125 ml coconut milk
2 tsp honey
1Place all the ingredients in the blender jug, starting with the coconut milk. Turn the selector to the "smoothie" setting and blend continuously for 30 seconds.
2Serve chilled immediately.
