Serves 4 glasses :
2 green peppers
3 green tomatoes
1 bunch basil
Salt & freshly-ground pepper
1 cucumber
1 spring onion
Ice cubes (optional)
1Peel the cucumber and onion. Wash and destalk the tomatoes and peppers, and cut into large
watermelon. Process all the vegetables in the Smoothiemix, starting with the basil.
2Season with salt and pepper. Serve chilled, with a few ice cubes if necessary.
