Serves 4 :
400 ml soya milk
3 tbsp ground almonds
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 bananas
3 tbsp maple syrup
5 ice cubes
1Place the soya milk, ground almonds, maple syrup, cinnamon and ice cubes in the blender jug. Peel the bananas, cut into pieces and add to the blender jug.
2Turn the selector to the "smoothie" setting and blend continuously for 40 seconds.
3Serve chilled immediately.
