Pizza dough

Dissolve the yeast in a little water.

Place the flour, dissolved yeast, salt and oil in the bowl with the dough hook.

Blend for 30 sec. before adding the water via the feed tube. Cover the dough with a tea towel and leave to rise for 1 hr.

If possible, purchase fresh yeast from your local baker.

  • 125 ml water
